I couldn't recommend enough! I worked with Lydia and Teena for over 5 months rehabbing my knee after surgery and they got me back up and running, right on schedule. Their enthusiasm for their patients creates a very fun and welcoming environment, while also exemplifying their expertise. You're in good hands!

I can't say enough good things about the team at Bay State Physical Therapy! From day 1, I received a thorough assessment where my hypermobility was noted. Going forward, every newly introduced exercise was mindful of my safety and helped me understand safe maneuvering without causing strain to my joints. As I progressed, exercises were modified or added to in order to make sure continual progress was happening at every appointment. The app for home exercises (Limber) was really helpful for continuing my care, and I look forward to staying on this journey now that I have finished my treatment. Thank you to the whole team - I am so grateful for the personalized care and encouragement! You are all doing great work to help people heal. ❤️

My 5-month physical therapy experience has been absolutely wonderful! The physical therapists are all well-trained, thoughtful, warm, easy to talk to, and truly skilled in their profession. They work seamlessly as a team and communicate so well with each other. Thanks to their support, my progress has been great. I’m very grateful for the care I received.

The best experience I could ever imagine. Thanks to the whole team, especially Lydia, Matthew, and Teena, for helping me recover so quickly. I had Achilles/ankle surgery, and it’s been about 2.5 months since the operation — I’ve almost completely recovered.

Lydia, Matthew, Marissa and Teena were fantastic teammates and teachers who led me through some difficult PT for the last four months at their new location in Bedford. While it is true that you get out what you put into therapy and the patient has to do the work, it is so important to have a crew who understands that each patient is different and needs to be treated differently sometimes. They were all great at tracking your progress and knowing when to challenge you and when to slow down. I actually looked forward to my appointments even when I wasn’t feeling my best. I would guess that many patients don’t make the progress that they should with physical therapy but it certainly helps to go to a place with knowledgeable and dedicated therapists who work so well together with a client centered approach. My results speak for themselves and my progress was well ahead of my surgeon’s expectations. A great experience from start to finish.

Amazing Results and Caring Team! I went to Bay State Physical Therapy for a rotator cuff injury, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional care before and after knee replacement surgery! Bay State Physical Therapy – Bedford, MA was incredible from start to finish. The team supported me both before and after my knee replacement — helping lower my anxiety pre-surgery and then guiding me to regain confidence, strength, and flexibility afterward. Thanks to their expertise and encouragement, I was driving again in just 2 weeks and walking 9 holes of golf within 6 weeks! Lydia and her entire team were professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to work with. They made what could have been a stressful recovery process something I actually looked forward to. I can’t recommend them any more highly. You can’t go wrong with the Bedford BayState Team!! I can’t thank them enough!

The whole team is wonderful! They were very welcoming from the beginning and made every visit a fun experience. I always looked forward to my next appointment! I had a torn rotator cuff and was able to avoid surgery and steadily recover my strength and range of motion with their skillful assistance. I highly recommend Bay State PT in Bedford to anyone in need of PT! Back again for a knee issue. Great results again! They are the best!

The Bay State Physical Therapy group in Bedford Ma helped me return to work after a terrible arm break with shoulder involvement. Lydia and the team of great PT professionals worked with me and have put me on a great path to continued strength and improvement!
